The holder of a valid game breeder's license may:
(1)engage in the business of game breeding in the immediate locality for which the license was issued; or
(2)sell or hold in captivity for the purpose of propagation or sale a game animal. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
