A person fishing in saltwater for sporting purposes who refuses on demand of any game warden or peace officer to show a saltwater sportfishing stamp is presumed to be in violation of Section 43.402. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 640, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986. Amended by:
