§ 76.603 — AUDIT; BUDGET

PR § 76.603Title 6. UNCLAIMED PROPERTY · Ch. 76. REPORT, DELIVERY, AND CLAIMS PROCESS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY · Art. G. UNCLAIMED MONEY FUND

The unclaimed money fund is subject to:

(1)audit by the auditor of the holder or an independent auditor if the holder does not have an auditor; and

(2)budgetary procedures adopted by the governing body of the holder.
