View on source(a)Not later than the 10th day after the date of receipt of the notice and copy of the complaint under Section 301.081(f)(3), a respondent may file an answer to the complaint.
(b)An answer must be:
(1)in writing;
(2)under oath; and
(3)in the form prescribed by the commission.
(c)An answer may be amended at any time.
