(a)Any timeshare interest may be jointly or commonly owned by more than one person.

(b)A timeshare estate may be jointly or commonly owned in the same manner as any other real property interest in this state. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 167, Sec. 6.03, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
