View on source(a)On the application of a party interested in land that has been sold under an execution issued by a justice court, the justice of the peace having custody of the execution and the judgment under which it was issued shall make a certified transcript of the judgment, the execution, and the levy and return of the executing officer.
(b)A certified transcript under this section may be recorded in the same manner as a deed.
