§ 702.503 — RECOVERY

OC § 702.503Title 3. HEALTH PROFESSIONS · Part M. REGULATION OF OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONS · Ch. 702. HEALTH SPAS · Art. K. CIVIL REMEDY

In a suit filed under Section 702.501, a court may award:

(1)actual damages;

(2)equitable relief;

(3)punitive damages; or

(4)reasonable attorney's fees and court costs to the prevailing party.
