§ 604.304 — PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED

(a)Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice under Section 604.303, the person may:

(1)accept the advisory board's determination and proposed administrative penalty; or

(2)make a written request for a hearing on that determination.
