(a)The attorney general at the request of the board may petition a district court for an injunction to prohibit a person who is violating this subtitle from continuing the violation.
(b)Venue in a suit for injunctive relief is in Travis County.
(c)After application and a finding that a person is violating this subtitle, the district court shall grant the injunctive relief the facts warrant. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999. Amended by:
