§ 562.105 — MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS

A pharmacy shall maintain a permanent record of:

(1)any civil litigation initiated against the pharmacy by a resident of this state; or

(2)a complaint that arises out of a prescription for a resident of this state that was lost during delivery.
