§ 554.012 — NOTIFICATION RELATING TO THERAPEUTIC OPTOMETRISTS

The board shall inform each holder of a license to practice pharmacy and each holder of a license to operate a pharmacy of the authority of a therapeutic optometrist to prescribe a drug under Section 351.357 by annually mailing to each license holder a notice that:

(1)describes the authority of a therapeutic optometrist to prescribe a drug; and

(2)lists each drug that a therapeutic optometrist may lawfully prescribe.
