§ 51.306 — DECISION BY COMMISSION

OC § 51.306Title 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LICENSING · Ch. 51. TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION · Art. F. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY

(a)Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for decision, the commission by order may determine that:

(1)a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or

(2)a violation did not occur.

(b)The department shall give notice of the order to the respondent.

(c)The order under this section must include:

(1)separate statements of the findings of fact and conclusions of law;
