§ 506.255 — ISSUANCE OF LICENSE

OC § 506.255Title 3. HEALTH PROFESSIONS · Part I. REGULATION OF PSYCHOLOGY AND COUNSELING · Ch. 506. BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS · Art. F. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

The department shall issue a license as a licensed behavior analyst or a licensed assistant behavior analyst, as appropriate, to an applicant who:

(1)complies with the requirements of this chapter;

(2)meets any additional requirements the commission establishes by rule; and

(3)pays the required fees.
