(a)A person may file a complaint with the department alleging a violation of this chapter. The complaint must be in writing and under oath.
(b)The department shall provide to the person filing the complaint and to each person or entity that is the subject of the complaint the department's policies and procedures pertaining to complaint investigation and resolution. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999. Amended by:
