View on sourceThe executive council shall issue a license as a licensed marriage and family therapist associate or licensed marriage and family therapist, as appropriate, to an applicant who:
(1)complies with the requirements of this chapter;
(2)passes the licensing examination, unless the executive council exempts the person from the examination requirement; and
