View on source(a)In reporting information to the Coordinated Licensure Information System under Article IX of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, the executive council may disclose personally identifiable information about a person who holds a license under this chapter, including the person's social security number.
(b)The Coordinated Licensure Information System may not share personally identifiable information with a state that is not a party to the compact unless the state agrees to not disclose that information to any other person.
