(a)A psychologist may place the psychologist's license on inactive status by applying to the executive council and paying a fee established by the executive council.

(b)A psychologist whose license is on inactive status does not accrue a penalty for late payment of the renewal fee for the license. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999. Amended by:
