View on source(a)A nursing peer review committee on request shall disclose written or oral communications made to the committee and the records and proceedings of the committee to:
(1)a licensing authority of any state; or
(2)a law enforcement agency investigating a criminal matter.
(b)A nursing peer review committee may disclose written or oral communications made to the committee and the records and proceedings of the committee to:
(1)a licensing agency of any state;
(2)a law enforcement agency investigating a criminal matter;
