View on source(a)This section applies only to a person who employs, hires, or contracts for the services of a nurse, including:
(1)a health care facility, including a hospital, health science center, nursing home, or home health agency;
(2)a state agency;
(3)a political subdivision;
(4)a school of nursing; and
(5)a temporary nursing service.
