View on source(a)The board shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the board. The board shall maintain information about:
(1)parties to the complaint;
(2)the subject matter of the complaint;
(3)a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and
(4)the complaint's disposition.
(b)The board shall make information available describing its procedures for complaint investigation and resolution.
