View on source(a)The board shall aid in the enforcement of this chapter.
(b)The board may:
(1)issue a subpoena;
(2)compel the attendance of a witness;
(3)administer an oath to a person giving testimony at hearings; and
(4)cause the prosecution of each person violating this chapter.
