§ 263.0071 — DENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

OC § 263.0071Title 3. HEALTH PROFESSIONS · Part D. DENTISTRY · Ch. 263. LICENSE DENIAL AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

(a)The dental review committee consists of nine members appointed by the governor as follows:

(1)six dentist members;

(2)two dental hygienist members; and

(3)one registered dental assistant member.

(b)Members of the committee serve staggered six-year terms, with the terms of three members expiring on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.

(c)If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a replacement to fill the unexpired term.
