View on sourceIn a disciplinary investigation or proceeding conducted under this chapter, the physician assistant board shall protect the identity of each patient whose medical records are examined and used in a public proceeding unless the patient:
(1)testifies in the public proceeding; or
(2)submits a written release in regard to the patient's records or identity.
