View on source(a)Members of the physician assistant board are appointed for staggered six-year terms. The terms of four or five members, as applicable, expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.
(b)A member may not serve more than:
(1)two consecutive full terms; or
(2)a total of three full terms.
(c)If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999. Amended by:
