View on source(a)Except as provided by Subsection (c), this section applies to a podiatrist whose license has been suspended or revoked, or whose most recently issued renewal certificate has expired, while the podiatrist has been:
(1)engaged in federal service or on active duty with:
(A)the United States Army;
(B)the United States Navy;
(C)the United States Marine Corps;
(D)the United States Coast Guard; or
