The governor shall appoint one of the advisory board members to serve as presiding officer of the advisory board at the pleasure of the governor. The presiding officer may vote on any matter before the advisory board. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999. Amended by:
