View on source(a)The board may require evidence of proper training and safety in the use of analytical and diagnostic x-ray in conformity with:
(1)Chapter 401, Health and Safety Code; and
(2)rules of the Texas Radiation Control Agency and the Texas Department of Health.
(b)This section does not modify or amend:
(1)Section 201.002 by enlarging the scope of the practice of chiropractic or the acts that a chiropractor is authorized to perform; or
(2)Chapter 151.
