§ 167.013 — GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS

Statute text

In addition to any fees paid to the board or money appropriated to the board for the program, the governing board may receive and accept a gift, grant, donation, or other thing of value from any source, including the United States or a private source, for the program.
