Not later than the 30th day after the date a court finds that a physician is mentally ill or mentally incompetent, the clerk of the court of record in which the finding is entered shall prepare and forward to the board a certified abstract of record, regardless of whether the adjudication or finding is subsequently withheld or appealed.
