If the suspension of a person's license is probated, the council may require the person to:
(1)report regularly to the council on matters that are the basis of the probation;
(2)limit the person's practice to the areas prescribed by the council; or
(3)continue or review professional education until the person attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the council in those areas that are the basis of the probation. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.005(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003. Amended by:
