View on source(a)To be eligible to take office as a member of the council, a person appointed to the council must complete at least one course of a training program that complies with this section. If the person has not completed the training course at the time of the appointment, the person must complete the training program not later than six months after the date of appointment.
(b)The training program must provide information to a person regarding:
(1)the enabling legislation that created the council;
(2)the programs operated by the council;
(3)the role and functions of the council;
(4)the rules of the council, with an emphasis on the rules relating to disciplinary and investigatory authority;
