§ 104.007 — PENALTIES

OC § 104.007Title 3. HEALTH PROFESSIONS · Part A. PROVISIONS APPLYING TO HEALTH PROFESSIONS GENERALLY · Ch. 104. HEALING ART PRACTITIONERS

(a)A person who violates this chapter commits an offense. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:

(1)on conviction of a first offense, a fine of $100;

(2)on conviction of a second offense, a fine of $500; and

(3)on conviction of a third offense:

(A)a fine of $1,000; or

(B)revocation of the person's license to practice the healing art.
