View on source(a)A person who desires to participate in the voluntary cleanup program under this subchapter must submit to the commission an application and an application fee as prescribed by this section.
(b)An application submitted under this section must:
(1)be on a form provided by the commission;
(2)contain:
(A)general information concerning:
(i)the person and the person's capability, including the person's financial capability, to perform the voluntary cleanup;
