View on sourceThe provisions of this chapter that were formerly a part of Chapter 2, Acts of the 42nd Legislature, 4th Called Session, 1932, as amended, shall not be construed to grant the commission any authority to restrict or in any manner limit the drilling of wells to explore for oil or gas or both in territory that is not known to produce either oil or gas.
