View on source(a)If territorial limitations are applied uniformly to all applicants seeking to operate mobile business establishments in the territory, the county may establish maximum territorial limits over which mobile business establishments may operate.
(b)A license to sell or lease only surfboards and related equipment may not be limited as to the territory over which the mobile business establishment may operate.
