(a)This subchapter controls the purchase and lease of vacant land and the authority of the commissioner and the board to:
(1)determine whether a vacancy exists; and
(2)sell and lease vacant land.
(b)To the extent a provision of this subchapter conflicts with another law relating to vacant land or Chapter 2001, Government Code, this subchapter controls. Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1418, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001. Amended by:
