View on sourceA permit that authorizes the continued use of a previously unauthorized structure on coastal public land is considered automatically revoked and terminated if the coastal public land on which the structure is located is:
(1)subsequently leased for public purposes;
(2)exchanged for littoral property under this chapter; or
(3)conveyed to a navigation district as provided by law.
