The board may not grant a permit which authorizes the continued use of a structure located within 1,000 feet of privately owned littoral residential property, without written consent of the littoral owner. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2390, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977. Amended by:
