The Interstate Mining Compact is enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining in the compact in the form provided in Section 132.002 of this code. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2633, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977. Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 15 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 2(3).
