View on sourceThe provisions of this chapter do not grant a pipeline company the right to use a public street or alley in an incorporated or unincorporated city or town except with express permission of the governing body of the city or town or the right to lay its pipes or pipelines along and under a street or alley in an incorporated city or town except with the consent and under the direction of the governing body of the city or town.
