This subchapter applies to a county that:
(1)contains a municipality with a population of more than 500,000;
(2)is adjacent to an international border; and
(3)contains more than 30,000 acres of lots that have remained substantially undeveloped for more than 25 years after the date the lots were platted. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1010 (H.B. 1564), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2021. Amended by:
