View on source(a)Notwithstanding any other law, a municipality has exclusive authority within its boundaries to require the dedication of parkland, impose a parkland dedication fee, or both require the dedication and impose the fee. A municipality may not delegate that authority to another political subdivision.
(b)A municipality may only exercise its authority under this section through a plan application in accordance with this subchapter.
