The governing body of the municipality may direct the designated officer to withdraw from a depository and deposit money sufficient to pay a bond, coupon, or other indebtedness of the municipality at a place other than at the municipal treasury if by its terms the indebtedness is payable on maturity or upon redemption prior to maturity at the other location.
