View on source(a)An action to recover a liability under this subchapter may be brought by an employee for that employee and other similarly affected employees.
(b)An employee may not be a plaintiff to an action brought under this subchapter unless:
(1)the employee consents in writing; and
(2)the consent is filed in the court in which the action is brought.
