View on source(a)If investigation by the division indicates that an administrative violation has occurred, the division shall notify the person alleged to have committed the violation in writing of:
(1)the charge;
(2)the proposed sanction;
(3)the right to consent to the charge and the sanction; and
(4)the right to request a hearing.
(b)Not later than the 20th day after the date on which notice is received, the charged party shall:
