View on source(a)The parties may offer evidence as they desire and shall produce additional evidence as the arbitrator considers necessary to an understanding and determination of the dispute.
(b)The arbitrator is the judge of the relevance and materiality of the evidence offered. Conformity to legal rules of evidence is not required.
