View on source(a)A claimant may be represented at a benefit review conference, a contested case hearing, or arbitration by an attorney or may be assisted by an individual of the claimant's choice who does not work for an attorney or receive a fee. An employee of an attorney may represent a claimant if that employee:
(1)is a relative of the claimant; and
(2)does not receive a fee.
(b)An insurance carrier may be represented by an attorney or adjuster.
