View on source(a)Except as otherwise provided by this section, benefits shall be paid in accordance with a final determination.
(b)Benefits shall be paid promptly in accordance with:
(1)a determination or redetermination of an examiner;
(2)a decision of an appeal tribunal;
(3)a decision of the commission; or
(4)a decision of a reviewing court.
