View on sourceAn employer, labor union, or employment agency commits an unlawful employment practice if the employer, labor union, or employment agency wilfully interferes with the performance of a duty or the exercise of a power under this chapter or Chapter 461, Government Code, by the commission, the commission's staff, or the commission's representative.
