View on sourceAn employer, or officer or agent of an employer, commits an offense if the person violates Section 207.072 or 207.073. An offense under this section is punishable by:
(1)a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000;
(2)imprisonment for not more than six months; or
(3)both a fine and imprisonment.
